If you can drag your ass up K-10 somehow, I'll pick you up at I-435 and Quivira Rd. At least get to DeSoto or something!

I think overall this needs to be a pro-arena rally, verse a anti-enterprise rally...But it would be nice to take a couple jabs at enterprise....

4:30, huh? Unless something totally unexpected happens, I can be there. They're only like, 3 blocks from my place. I'll go sign up now.

Heads - up, ya'll...I got an email from the organizers telling me that the protest / rally at 36th & Main has been called off due to lack of interest. I was lookin' forward to going, too.

Just FYI.

I got the same letter. It was because they couldn't get enough people to show up. That's sad because that area has a lot more visability IMO. The downtown rally at 6th & Grand is still on though! Guess I'll have to go downtown instead.

Anyone heard for certain whether the Monday morning one downtown is still on? I don't want to be the only one there like Danaher was today. ;)

I showed up for the morning rally, had about 15 attendees...WE NEED A BETTER TURN OUT THIS EVENING!!! The "anti" that video tapes everything showed up, trying to document everyting we were doing...What a freak!

Had fairly good response from drivers...lots of horn honking!

See everyone this afternoon...4:30-6:00.

Yeah, I loved how that guy couldn't give a straight answer to any question asked of him.

I had a really cool moment this morning. I was rotating among a variety of signs and I had one up about Enterprise's PR firm getting in trouble for unethical election practices, as reported by yesterday's Post-Dispatch. I noticed a woman trying to read it so I moved it closer for her. As she read it, I watched the expression on her face suddenly change, she mouthed "WOW", then her face lit up and gave me a thumbs up.

So let me get this straight...this location at 6th & grand, is that at the downtown enterprise rent-a-car location?
I'll try to get there in time for the rally, but i work till 5:30, so it may be wrapping up by the time I could get there.

4:30 - 6:00, 6th & Grand. Apparently KKeitzman has been announcing in all afternoon. So we could be in for a good turn out. Probably will see some "anti's" there as well....
