Price owns 4931,4933, and 4935 Walnut St as well as 4930 and 4932 Grand.

I have no faith in Doug Price to develop a shoe box, let alone any actual building in Kansas City. This will likely not even come to fruition with his track record

I was going to say wow Price is building something. Don't they own that building that's been fenced off for several years in the West Plaza by Southwest Trafficway & Madison?
