Looking into it most sources are saying that about 13% of airline passengers are business travelers even though those travelers represent a majority of airline's profits. I was some what skeptical when you said "most" travelers are business travelers. It's not even close to a majority.

Can we get this buildout into the plan for WC26 and have that event leave it behind as a legacy?

This just seems like a no-brainer idea. The airport is the last significant location left the streetcar won't be reaching once the expansion is done. Free coach to the airport and back would make the urban core fully livable.

When they do this for WC26, we should continue this as a legacy.
