The Bamboo Hut was amazing! I went to the Catholic school across 40 from there for grade school. There was a time when the school was just starting out their hot lunch program and they had Bamboo Hut cater for a week to show students and their parents what could be options. Of course there was a few times when we'd play kickball on the back lot (where the new church is now) and if we didn't get the ball in time, one of the teachers would have to go across 40 to retrieve...oh memories...
