Globe Building almost fully leased.

Brightergy will move its HQ across Main Street

Brightergy will take the top two floors, and Think Big Partners will also move into the building. The Nicholson Group is still looking to lease the street-level retail space.

Walk by the old Globe tonight for the first time in a while. This building looks absolutely beautiful! What a great renovation. It's all lit up too, showing off for everyone to see.

It's so nice to see an old beauty come back to life.

I'm going to be working in the Think Big space so I asked them to take me on a tour yesterday. It's going to be a great building once it's all finished and they get retail on the first floor.

A few people were already working on the Think Big floors, but most of their large furniture hasn't been moved in. They didn't seem sure if it would be ready for the grand opening party at the end of January or not, but either way, everything seems to be top notch. The glass offices and modern fixtures mixed in with all of the old wood and brick preserved in the building looks great.

I'm not sure if EyeVerify has started yet, but the Brightergy floors looked nice and they had plenty of people there.

Sorry no pictures, I'll get some when I start working there in a few weeks.

Here's one that I grabbed off the KCCrossroads.org twitter that shows the new outdoor lighting.
