1bed/2bed?  Any idea of the rent?

if i can remember it right, it's

1200+ sf
open layout
$1200 a month.
all utilities paid.
plus a bonus of having someone who works in the jackson county prosecuters office living below you.

anyway you can just go down to grinders and check the flyers on it. i think he's got one in the front window and another on the men's room outside wall across from the bar. they have pics on them.

go down there anyway today because it's 2-fer-1 slices and $1 PBR's all day 'til close.

May have to look at the space next time I'm in and Anton or Stretch is around.  It'll probably be gone by the time my lease comes up in a couple of months anyway though.  Sounds a little steep too if it's completely unfinished.  Well aware of the specials as I used to cook pizza there a couple of shifts a week up until a month ago or so.  :)  Hard to beat those dollar PBRs!

it's not free utilities, sorry. i was there last night and looked at the flyer again. you do get free water and free cable and internet access though.

1) filled with fratties/sorostitutes
2) filled with poor people
3) cheaply build/redone
4) filled with cheap, low-quality fixtures
5) expensive as hell

It seemed like there were a couple of years ago, but not so much anymore.
Sorostitutes?  Where's this place again?

I lived there for a year and it was ok. I had a place on the 12th floor and the view was incredible. You don't get much space for the money IMO and the person who was cooking fish seemingly everday on floor 6 deserves to rot in hell.

Not trying to spam or anything, but check out apartmentratings.com I believe you can find some reviews of the library lofts there. Be warned however the the reviews on that site tend to be very negative in general
