It's weird that this is the same firm that is developing Pennway Point and that project is moving along much faster than this one that's been "in progress" for at least 6+ years.

Entertainment, hospitality, and apartments are comparatively easy to find tenants for

Anchor tenants are usually >40%, that group is around 10% maybe less maybe more.

I talked to the owner of Brick River a while back. He said they looked at this space but they wanted them to sign a lease for way too much square footage. They passed and took over the Tapcade space which still seems large.

Does the BOK have a drive-thru and did they keep their location (former MOBank) on the Boulevard?

Doesn't look like a drive thru and I think that bok on the Blvd is still running

What about a 24-hour drugstore with a soda fountain/coffee shop/restaurant setup? It could replace the all-night Denny's on Broadway. And yes, it would have a pharmacy. I don't know why Walgreens doesn't bring this idea back.

I just walked by. There’s a drive thru. It’s in the small parking lot off 17th.

Yes, they got their special use permit. I testified against it. Bike lane, boulevard, etc, etc. It was modified to basically be not visible from Grand.

I thought this project had stalled.

I walked around the old Star building Wednesday and there was quite a bit of construction activity in and around the Star building. I seem to recall a nursing company that places temp nurses around the US had leased space in the finished building. Is that still in the works?
