Interesting how the rendering shows green space over the trench.

Also Three Light is shown in the rendering. Looks to be closer to 30 stories.
Anyone know when the full website will be up?

Re: Two Light - 14th & Grand
I'm not sure what to think of the signage. The big TWO LIGHT and THREE LIGHT are somewhat gaudy. Other than that, both towers look nice. Can't complain. Hopefully Three light will break ground soon.

fyi; kansas city business journal has some additional renderings.
Note there is one rendering that shows either four light or the new hotel in the distance. Here is the link below.

Re: Two Light - 14th & Grand
It's interesting that some of the renderings conflict each other. For example, the retail building on the corner shows a rooftop deck area in one rendering but looks the way it does currently in another. This is the same with the roof of the Bar Louie/Sprint Store building. I'd love to see a place like Brit's Pub on the roof.

This building will finally put something in the south loop to balance out the blocky bulk of the AT&T bldng. It looks to have similar dimensions on the south facades.

Re: Two Light - 14th & Grand
Did anyone else notice that on Cordish's twitter, their rendering of 2,3, and 4 light has a huge sign with "W" on top of 4 light. This W is not on the KC Biz Journal renderings previously posted.
