Is this project getting finished or just weatherized for the next developer? I went to a conference at Children's Mercy on Tuesday and had to park in their overflow lots on 20th and Locust. Looking down 20th, this project, even in its current state has great massing. IMHO

But the banks are requiring some level of completion so they can sell, right?

The banks have also already approved their construction loans.. so it shouldn't be terribly hard to finish themselves then operate or sell?

Not totally sure of the outcome but have been told the cash issues have been fixed or are mostly fixed.
