If you think college sports recruiting rumors are bad, they don't hold a candle to the nonsense that gets tossed around transfers in European soccer. This is probably some nonsense started by Sapong's agent to get some kind of better deal out of Sporting.

I read an article recently discussing how Livestrong's (or whatever it will soon be called) chances of hosting USMNT and other large events may be diminished by a recent decision to allow games plays to be played on temporary grass surfaces (natural grass and turf mixes) in the future. This is the type of field Portland and Seattle play on (and probably others).
