Is not surprising that KC could support a few buildings over $2/sqft but is surprising the supply is increasing (even $2.50+) and demand appears to be keeping up. Or will it continue?

The Venn diagram of people who can afford that for a one bedroom and who are willing to accept the finishes shown, in the name of supposedly being green, seems exceptionally small in KC.
