What does that mean? No change on the hold? Or no change on plan to build?

I think he is sayinf Cordish is bullish on KC and plans to build 3 Light.

3L will still break ground this year and 4L won't be the last Cordish residential property in the KC market in the long term.

For the most part, same as the last set of drawings.

“Residences by Cordish” or “The Cordish Residences” would be Great names for a condo tower.

I believe if they remain in the PNL district or close, like just across the interstate, they would remain in the light group. Not married to the name if they expand to other districts. That’s very long term though.

Were you able to get confirmation or updated on the Calvert Autoshop property? Does Cordish just plan a single tower to the south or a whole row?

I'm not sure but with such a close relationship, I can see them working with JED on something over there. I'd like to see them get into the mid-rise apartment/condo game.

I really hope that 3 Light starts in the next few months. Their website advertises 2022 still.

Would this be almost complete if the City Council hadn't torpedoed it?

One design change I'm excited about is a shift to the black trim and I believe black windows similar to One Cardinal Way. This is something I've been told is a done deal, but we will see. I was in St Louis two weeks ago and One Cardinal Way looks amazing.

That is a ...... surprising take.

I have a few friends waiting to see what 3 Light looks like before buying a new home. Is there a timeline for condo sales or unit count?

I believe the condo idea has been shelved for 3L but still a possibility for future buildings. The financing gets very complicated when condos are involved.
