Briarcliff is nice, but views?  Of what?  A warehouse district?

That's what I was thinking.  If that's the case then the food must have gotten awfully cold with no walls or windows because there weren't even any buildings there a year ago.

Oh I do get out and I do live in KC; I just think that a nice place such as the Briarcliff should have better views!  I agree that the downtown skyline is nice, mainly at night, but the first thing that is seen down the hill is the warehouses of Riverside.

Piropos has been open for a lot longer than a year, but still located in Parkville.

Its all about the viewpoint...
I know some places where you see nothing but a pure lovely view..

It's funny... I keep running into people who are convinced that Pirpopos has ALWAYS been at Briarcliff, never in Parkville, that it has been there for years, and that they have been there themselves.   (Even citing dates prior to Briarcliff's opening.)

Which is funny since I ate there 3-1/2 years ago, in Parkville, when Briarcliff was an overgrown empty hillside.

The Briarcliff restaurant does look very cool, though.

It would be impossible for it to have been at Briarcliff because Briarcliff Village just opened a month or two ago.  The only thing in Briarcliff before that were homes and office buildings.
