My neighborhood (Historic Northeast) is about to raise hell that no speed bumps are being placed on St. John and Gladstone Boulevard. There is a constant conversation on the neighborhood Facebook pages about people driving too fast on both. Gladstone Boulevard along the bluff is like a racetrack some nights.mjbauer95 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 4:09 pmThat article really doesn't have much information on where these would be. Interesting list of the nation's worst downtowns. KC is 10th worse. I thought it got a bad rap. Not sure I liked his criteria. I think KC has a far better downtown than St Louis but St Louis isn't on the list. Las Vegas #1 worst.
