Discuss items in the urban core outside of Downtown as described above. Everything in the core including the east side (18th & Vine area), Northeast, Plaza, Westport, Brookside, Valentine, Waldo, 39th street, & the entire midtown area.

what would be the alternative for a garage enterance?

Potentially on the north side, with a driveway. Best spot would be on the back side--but I am not familiar with the property lines. I appreciate that this project activates the corner at ground level even if it is a little lonesome heading north. Contrast that with Sunflower's 31st St project near Main which will be a total deadzone at ground level.

Small tweaks to the design uploaded 1/6/25. I'm guessing the windows along Gillham south of the garage entrance were added due to City feedback. Hopefully they can get this rolling soon.
