NBA to Kansas City

WNBA would be cool for KC. Anything we can do to increase our brand visibility with pro sports is a good thing, and can help us land a NBA team in the future. Or I should say would provide the best evidence & path forward for an NBA team in the future.

The entire reason I want WNBA to come here is to prove the market & concept that NBA should come to KC. Eventually some team will relocate and this just better positions KC even more so.

And you also said T-Mobile Center wouldn't be inclined to host games, and you scoffed at the suggestion of Mahomes ownership. Then both narratives were blown to bits like 2 weeks later. Not falling for this schtick again, gonna stick with common sense.

I said that Mahomes as majority owner for a NBA (no chance) or WNBA team (close to no chance) and then I was right.

I said T-Mobile isn’t a great long term solution for the team but would work short term. Jury is still out on that but I’m 100% right so far.
