98% occupied on my tour. Leasing agent was like here are the 5 units open, pick. Sounds like the security had ramped up on the garage.

If that mixed-use residential tower proposed by Heineman, the co-owner of Sporting KC, at 8th and Grand, starts construction in 2025, it will be interesting to see if it will fill up as quickly.

I think the demand is still pretty high for residential downtown. Plus there might be a good angle to sell it as closer to the River Market, maybe away from the hustle & bustle of P&L and TMobile but close enough to have easy access to it. I think there would be a group of people who would like that aspect of being close but not impacted by what is going on in the P&L, etc. Essentially being able to participate but at your own pace 8)
