I really love this stretch of McGee including the little record store down the road. It would be nice to get some development and have it connect all the way down to the government district. At the moment it just feels like small pockets

There a new permit for the Historic Preservation Commission to review a redevelopment plan for this building...

Permit calls for:
  • 2 restaurant/bar spaces on 1st floor and basement for drinks only, and one restaurant space with a kitchen (The wording makes it a bit of challenge to fully decipher)
  • Office space on rear of 2nd floor
  • 2 apts at the front of 2nd floor
  • 4 apts on the 3rd floor
