I had an actual footlocker full of hilarious 1980s Shawnee Mission East drama -- parent drama, teacher drama, and student drama. Went through it a few months ago. Only kept the yearbooks.

Delayed further after appeals court asked the lower court to consider one resident's "standing" to be included in the petition against the sale. She claims access to her residential driveway will be impacted by the project.

The sale of the park will be voted on by Westwood. Results expected back by April 1st.

I’d say this project is dead as a result.

Opponents didn’t like the new park plan either as the “trade off”.
