Not exactly, the district's commercial space is at 94% leased. I always like to toss in something about the pad site (which is not leased) because some really hate the fact it's never been leased.

Just walked by there this weekend and thought "man that has never had a tenant ever". It's almost unbelievable. So 94%, that sounds like every storefront except that site would be leased then?

Well, since they made a mistake I guess I can confirm what's going in the old Drunken Fish location. It's a cool concept called, "The Palmtree Club" and is a collaboration with the popular DJ Kygo and his group PTC. More coming on that but it's a full restaurant and not a nightclub.

Well, since they made a mistake I guess I can confirm what's going in the old Drunken Fish location. It's a cool concept called, "The Palmtree Club" and is a collaboration with the popular DJ Kygo and his group PTC. More coming on that but it's a full restaurant and not a nightclub.

If there are other venues almost signed as indicated earlier, shouldn't there be some additional "Future Tenant" labels versus showing empty square footages they are trying to lease on this map? If it's really about to be 95% full or whatever was said, some of these on this map would have to be about to be occupied?

It’s not open full time but has been used for private events. It will open next year as a brand new concept and full-time operations.

They don’t want to jinx it. Deals can fall apart and have at the last minute even with signed contracts.
