Perfect spot for a customized art wall.

Per a post by Michael Collins on LinkedIn, this will be named “Mohawk at 15th”. Construction starts later this year.

Additional renderings were posted to Compass highlighting the retail and parking entrance on 16th as well as the parking entrance on Truman Road. I don't see any other changes made to the plan.

A public meeting was also held a few days ago. Per the meeting summary document uploaded to Compass, there were 8 attendees (4 neighborhood, 4 project team). Usual concerns were addressed (like parking and whether or not the alley would remain open - which it will). The anticipated start of construction is this August with a 16 month construction time frame, which means construction should wrap up around December 2025.

Having a car hole on 16th instead of using the alley is disappointing.
