Saw this is in the KC BJ. Pretty big development going up in Lee's Summit. Crazy this stuff just keeps going up

The part about relocating the family's farmhouse was very interesting. Would love to see pictures of the house and the relocation.

Lees Summit already is overbuilt in retail. Then need economic development in form of large employers as it seems half the population commutes on 470 to work in the Jr. College Blvd corridor.

^This is true for all of eastern jackson county, i cant think of a single major employer in the area expect maybe a hospital.
