Can someone identify which spaces these are going into downtown? Don’t remember the Mixx there
LOL, because they were never open. Such a waste for what should have been a successful local tenant downtown. Anyway the Mixx space was under the clock tower and faced the interior central patio near H&R Block and next to Protein House.
Both Homegrown and Modern Market seem like good gets for P&L and downtown in general. Especially Homegrown; I've not been but heard good things and suspect it will be a solid weekend draw. Hope to see a packed sidewalk patio of brunch folks along Walnut soon...
If these deals actually happen, we could see a bunch of announcements this year. But, you know, these things tend to drag on. Even though they've got more than a dozen letters of intent, it doesn't always mean a full lease is in the bag. I'm not making it up when I tell you they're super focused on this. They want the entire area leased but are very conscious of the overall fit for the neighborhood.
What’s interesting is I feel like PNL hasn’t even peaked yet. Several more towers and a desire to grow beyond its current boundaries makes me feel like the potential is endless.

this city will soon be only rally houses, made in kc stores, and QTs!
Glad to see they are doing well and can use more space. May help sign other retail?
This can only help! They have over 15 LOIs signed, but not all of them will pan out. They also locked down two signed leases, but waiting on a timeline for the official announcement.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Blue Sushi appears to be doing well. The waitlist for their "all-day Sunday happy hour" can stretch to over an hour during the early evening. Although you never know if the boom times can make-up for the slow times
They did a really good job with the space and gives it a "not in KC" feel--even though it is a chain. I especially enjoy the Godzilla art over the Kauffman Center on the lower level east wall.

Google Earth has an Erectile Dysfunction Doctor listed at 1388 Main St.
This must be clever marketing by some boner because as far as I know that space is empty. I’ll have to do some poking around and see if this is on the up and up.
It's a near-certainty that an SEO bot was looking for vacant business addresses to create fake locations and boost traffic/click revenue; the URL lists a location and phone number for Phoenix.

Good phrasing. I typically report those to get Google to bounce them
