He’s got your standard real estate investment “courses” that he markets and sells as a program. A buddy and I did some digging into it, and haven’t found any evidence he’s actually purchasing or owns these buildings though, so hard to tell how much is real or not.

He admits in his last video that he only owns 1 building downtown (Pecks 1111 Main St) but is actively pursuing others, not unlike any RE developer. I like his videos that tour buildings. He has moved here and has built houses in KC. In his last video he has another investor with him as he tours 929 Walnut. Great video for development nerds!

No question, and he paints KC in a great light for sure. Things like this definitely help to put KC on the radar for some developers and investors who haven’t given it a second thought

I appreciate the man's optimism, but I wince a bit at him. The whole thing that turns me off is his real estate coaching thing that you pay money for. That seems like a pyramid scheme, but that's just me. His YouTube channel also gets few views for the amount of subscribers he has.

I'm not saying he's a poser, but I also don't think he's as big as he's made out to be. Googling him returns few results relevant to the subject beyond an entity affiliated with him renovated the building at 409 East Armour a few years back. The parcel viewer also shows a connection in ownership to Peck's and 409 as the same zip code in Las Vegas. Researching that shows that the address is registered to him.

I'd exercise some caution here, but wish him the best of luck on his endeavors.
