What happened in KC with these hotel rates? It's been a few years since we came to KC and as an example the Embassy Suites for a random date in June is $648 a night all in. Even this absolute dump of a hotel, the Rodeway Inn at Admiral and Paseo is $100+. Is this the Superbowl affect?

Did you, um, pick different dates before posting your anecdote?
The $648 is not normal. Is that the date of your visit? If so, that's not random.

Could be the weekend **googles** Luke Combs is at Arrowhead? I bet that drives some hotel nights. Or maybe Boulevardia?

KC Rev Par is pretty low still.
Occupancy * Rate = Rev Par
Occupancy * Rate = Rev Par
