That's just Kansas City, isn't it? Same thing happened with the streetcar. Remember the Bartle pylons? Anything that's proposed gets trashed until it opens and then suddenly everyone thought it was a great idea the whole time.

As a whole, KC seems to have a very short collective memory

That's why a history museum is so needed.

Someone posted a photo of the new inductive charging pads for the Blue Bus to economy parking. Have we seen those buses? Are they fully electric, or is this more of a plug-in hybrid situation where it picks up a little juice while loading and unloading people?

Is the Delta lounge the only lounge other than USO?

Supposedly the airport is in the process of procuring a 3rd party lounge operator for a space near the AA gates.

It bailed my brother and I out when we were going to DC from STL last spring. We had a membership and it helped us bypass an hour+ wait time for security (we were running late anyways). It's not worth it at a quiet airport, but busy ones, definitely. I have pre-check now, as part of my Global Entry thing, so I no longer use Clear.

Speaking of Pre-Check, will the new KCI have a dedicated are for Pre-Check users or do you just get to cut up in front of everyone anyways?
You can use both. That's what I had that never saved time at any airport

Nice review of the new lounge. I'm very excited for this.

Also some news (I think?) That Delta will up their frequency to their hubs. No talk of more directs yet which is predictable.

Delta flyers in KC have to be in awe right now compared to what they are used to.

I mean I pretty clearly posted all this earlier along with the directions saying you had to call to actually "get" one which still is there
