Yeah they retired. Dinner never looked busy but lunch was packed.
Having a streetcar unload in front of your business is definitely a positive to a restaurant, that's ridiculous to hint that it wouldnt be. That location has tons of positives it's shocking to hear someone call it a garbage location
Sure it’s a positive but the idea that every time it stops 20 people went from street car to plow boys isn’t realistic.
I think it’s a garbage location but that’s my opinion. I’m not asking it be posted on the window. “For lease, garbage location but excellent proximity to Streetcar stop thus guaranteeing customers!”
I personally feel the exterior look and feel of a restaurant is very high on the list of what makes for great locations. Look at Picklemans just down the road. Great corner location that begs you to come in. It has that big city, locally owned deli vibe.
It’s all just a matter of opinion, don’t get caught up on mine.
