Plaza move-ins (ongoing)

Discuss items in the urban core outside of Downtown as described above. Everything in the core including the east side (18th & Vine area), Northeast, Plaza, Westport, Brookside, Valentine, Waldo, 39th street, & the entire midtown area.

Yeah, Neil, Ellington, Robinson, and Loar are the ones who seem clueless imo. Most of our council feels like placeholders. At least Bunch understands urban planning and wants to see a denser more walkable urban core.

He’s anti downtown and there are more just like him if not worse running for open seats. Fowler has been pro progress. Big loss

2 houses burnt down on corbin & summit which is just a block from me. News is saying suspected arson. Very interesting with the looming housing market about to crash.

I've heard a lot of rumblings like that about every fire for the past few months. Sad, really.

Drove by it yesterday. One house under construction burned on end lot, and I believe house next also under construction received slight burns but looked repairable. Unfortunate but glad nobody injured.
