Imagine what it was like when the stockyards and meatpacking plants were just over the bluff in the West Bottoms.

Re: Three Light
DCole, tell the Cordish people that if they end up putting up another tower on the NW corner of 14th and Main that I want it to have a big, lighted blade sign. If they end up building something on the Strata site at 13th and Main, again, I want it to have a big, lighted blade sign. When they build the tower on the SW corner of Truman and Main, that building should also have a big, lighted blade sign. Thanks in advance.

Favorite design so far of these buildings
Re: Three Light
Love it. That would look amazing coming down Main and seeing all those blade signs.FangKC wrote: ↑Fri Oct 15, 2021 2:28 pm DCole, tell the Cordish people that if they end up putting up another tower on the NW corner of 14th and Main that I want it to have a big, lighted blade sign. Re: Three Light
Its not too late for three light to have a blade sign is it
Re: Three Light
Really, really love that street level look. It's going to look good.
Can't wait for it to open because I keep having really awkward encounters in the construction covering on main. I always try to see if anyone is coming and run through quickly now.

Looks like bright lighted retail space on Main under the garage. Do we know what that will be yet?

Re: Three Light
Awnings are a missing detail in much of urban KC and signifies building owners' lack of attention to pedestrians. Not only do they give building facade more refined appearance, they help protect peds from sun/weather one building to next.

Re: Three Light
Thanks for counting if it were the full amount that would be insane, however I’d doubt it maybe a couple dozen but would still very impressive for one daynormalthings wrote: ↑Sun Oct 17, 2021 3:28 pmNot sure, I scanned the website on "opening day" but didnt get around to counting till todayRiverite wrote: ↑Sun Oct 17, 2021 3:07 pmWonder how many they have listed in total so far.normalthings wrote: ↑Sun Oct 17, 2021 3:01 pm 108 units listed as available. The virtual tours section of the website, which I've previously used to check the One Cardinal Way numbers, shows 273 apartments available.

Re: Three Light
^If that's the case and momentum continues could see 4 Light announced and maybe breaking ground before 3L completes.
