The side with the new stone, or at least it appears that way, looks good. The other sides look strange with the thin windows.

Agree. That setback between the new addition and original facade on the south east side is pretty bad. Still think this was such a strange and unfortunate decision (building the new DT YMCA behind/within the Lyric), but hoping it brings a lot of life to that stretch once open.they are doing a great job on Central side. That park lot side, yuck.

Nice catch. I didn't know that name was still under there. They did a good job matching the exterior stone.

The windows on the 2nd floor between the columns are better. The old ones had a solid panel in the transom.

The new windows match what the building was originally built with.

I miss the old place. I had symphony season tickets here for years. Gradually moving up to better seats after one blue haired old lady after another dropped her diamonds, until at last I achieved front row center balcony. There are no comparable seats at Helzberg, the balcony starts much further back.

I think the white mullions/muntins look terrible. But the glass looks good!

^The mystery wall could be for a parking lot or for an outdoor tennis court area.
