It really is amazing how much a surface-lot-to-building makes a difference. Can’t wait to see this open up and the lot next door turn into housing/office too.

The SE corner of 18th & Walnut is owned by Botwin Development and is the only off-street parking for Affare, Gown Gallery, and the 7 East event space. It is also shared with Community America Credit Union next door. In short, I doubt it will be developed any time soon.

The NW corner is owned by the Scientologists.

I just went to the bank across the street last Friday and I swear I counted they were on the 7th floor at that time. Now they're on the top floor!?!

I was in town this weekend and decided to take some project update photos. This post is the first of a few on this Forum.

Reverb has some glass on the 18th Street side. They appear to be doors.
