There will be zero similarities to Chappelle.

They've started tearing up the open space that faces 18th Street.

Any updates on the overall project status? A friend was partners on the sports bar and it seems like that's dead in the water.

It looks like Tria Health will be relocating their offices from OP to this development.

I'm not sure how many employees, or how much space they might take up.

Must have been signed or in progress before the end of the border war?

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing. That last picture really illustrates the impact that the Two Light and Three Light (as I understand it to be built as a companion structure just west of the Two Light Apartment) will have on the skyline. From ground level, that's going to be quite a visual wall for anyone going north on Main, Walnut and Grand making the taller buildings to the north essentially invisible. Further south on Main, the perspective will be better but Two and Three Light will be very prominent from the south.

This project is going to be so so so so sick. Any updates on the construction timeline/opening date?

Every image showed the second phase on the south end and I wouldn't use it to explain the north side.
