It does look like the name is stupid obvious and you know what you're getting when you go there.
What does Affaire sell just based off the name?

Re: Misc Crossroads News
What does it matter what Affaire sells? I haven't seen anyone complain that the "Streetcar" name doesn't indicate what it is. It's just follows a pattern of general lack-of-creativity in the naming convention of "Location"/"Bar/Grille/Tavern/Grill/Ye Olde Tavern & Grille/Cafe/etc.)flyingember wrote: ↑Tue Nov 06, 2018 1:23 pm It does look like the name is stupid obvious and you know what you're getting when you go there.

I think it sort of says "We think whatever we put here will print money regardless of whether it is half-baked."

Re: Misc Crossroads News
I'd be interested in a little more interaction with the corner, especially on Grand. But, of course, this is pretty cool. Just nitpicking because that's what we do here.

Re: Misc Crossroads News
Heard tonight that an "underground garage" is in the works for 18th and Oak. I assume this would be on the surface lots owned by SMG. The person who told me this was sort of singularly obsessed with parking, so who knows what the full development would look like.

Re: Misc Crossroads News
I suspect this person could have been confusing it with the Star project one short block away. I was pretty surprised to hear about a different garage when nothing had been reported.
