Thank you, and as I've said it's all out of love. Understood. I try to be more transparent than the rest of my peers. You can always ask and I'm usually able to tell.

WD...what did you mean by publish everything you do? Like stats or decisions or budgets? I'm on board with that just wondering what you think isn't being openly available.

I was riding a NB streetcar right after the incident happened (before any Streetcar/police vehicles arrived), and it appeared to me at least that the truck driver must have run the red light or turned in front of the streetcar and struck the front or front corner.

I heard the truck ran a red light, but I didn't see it.
It'd be interesting if every streetcar published accidents per mile rates. I wonder where we fall on the spectrum.

Re: KCMO Downtown Streetcar
The streetcar was quick to publish videos of the first crash to media but each subsequent crash since then they haven't given out any video... Wonder why?

Re: KCMO Downtown Streetcar
My guess.
It was important for people to realize that the streetcar isn't the one starting crashes. It is wreckless drivers. If you take a look at the KC Reddit, basically everyone is strongly in agreement with that statement. Publishing the videos the first time help d created that sentiment(a good thing), but continueing to publish them isn't good pr.

It’s low, even for US streetcar systems.WoodDraw wrote:I heard the truck ran a red light, but I didn't see it.

Unpopular Opinion: the grey streetcars are ugly.
I really enjoy the lovely colors that the party car has been “painted” with. I wish we would have picked a livelier paibt schene fir our cars

Both are correct. Grey is more popular in the US, gray in the UK.beautyfromashes wrote:I’ve always been confused: Is it grey or gray?ldai_phs wrote:Unpopular Opinion: the grey streetcars are ugly.

Switch spelling or countries and you’d be correct.
