I do like the brick at ground level...so hard to get a concept of what it will feel like walking by it with the construction in the way.

I was around downtown last night...Took some pictures and I think one fits in fine, I wish it was about another 100 feet taller but it is better than nothing...

If the twitter post by them is correct, it's 291 feet. that would make it the 20th tallest in KC, between the federal courthouse and county courthouse.
And #15-20 are all very close, in the 290s. So for KC, this is a very substantial building.
It's within 10 feet of Crown Plaza, Bolling Federal and AT&T Long Lines.
Taller would be nice, but it's already very tall for KC. It just happens to be surrounded by four of the top ten buildings in the city.
