I looked up Pioli on Jackson County a couple years ago and he had a place on like 50th and Centralearthling wrote:^Perhaps owned by fired Chiefs coach or GM?

If you want to live near downtown, and in Pendleton Heights, and don't like old Victorian-era houses, you might be interested in this airy modern ranch-style home. It's not listed yet, but will be soon. Eric Bellamaganya is the realtor -- 816-529-7171. The address is 209 Olive. It also one of two houses I know of in Pendleton Heights that has a in-ground swimming pool. The house doesn't appear to need any significant renovations done either. It's a block from North Terrace Park.

Re: Real Estate Listings of Interest (Metrowide)
Looks like they added a few more photos.
It's a nice house overall. One might need to do some repainting and replace the wallpaper in baths and a couple of bedrooms. But overall, in good condition. It's also pretty rare to find a home swimming pool so close to downtown.

If you ever wondered what the inside looked like in the old mansion on Independence Avenue near Chestnut Avenue, here's your chance to see.

The Brookside house with a sand front yard is for sale for an oddly specific $409,857.

Awkward kitchen flooring. Hate bathroom vessel sinks. Always water splashed out onto countertop below and no way to swish it back in with hand.

I'm surprised someone who replaced their entire front yard with sand would have such an eccentric decorating style.

Re: Real Estate Listings of Interest (Metrowide)
I thought this social media + real estate page is interesting. It allows buyers to express interest in a house not for sale or sellers to put a house "out there" before they actually list it for sale. This is a map of people expressing interest. Not much in the 'burbs or east of Troost (no surprise). These tend to be single family hunters, so Midtown gets fewer "hearts". This seems to mimic the hottest locations for the single family market.

For those of you interested in real estate, or looking to buy now, there is an interesting website of postings of houses for sale in Kansas City:

Here is your chance to see the inside of the Nelly Don House, former home of Nell Donnelly, clothing maker who became one of the first female millionaires in the USA, and her husband, former Senator James Reed.

It's no longer on the market, but this is where I came across it.

I find this 'house-stalking' shit to be an irritation, somewhere beyond food pics & funeral selfies. Oh white people. Keep on keepin' on.slimwhitman wrote:I thought this social media + real estate page is interesting. Real estate price comparisons in the New York Times comparing listings in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Kansas City. What you get for $1.2 million.
