The story is that I forgot to pack my digicam and well, bought a bunch of disposable cameras. I had them developed a few years later and just now scanned them...these are from early 2008, I believe. I took most of these walking the length of Manhattan, but primarily focused on the far northern reaches in neighborhoods such as Inwood. Northern Manhattan is pretty amazing in that it is hardcore density nestled in some pretty rocky, high topography hanging over the river with some really great parks. There's a sprinkling of "near" Brooklyn, too.
