When are they going to remove the defunct Transamerica signage?  Are they just waiting to snag a new tennant before they take it down?

with all standalone Bank Midwest branches taken over by a Boston investment firm and Dickinson Financial left with the Wal-mart branches (which will change names) and BW's "capital, reserves and non-performing assets"...does anyone know what the impact will be on the Town Pavillion HQ space? Bank Midwest has 100,000 square feet of space in TP on the lower levels as well as 2 floors of the office tower. I'm assuming DFC operates within the TP space and one party will need to move as the company splits?

Anybody know what is going in on the NW corner ground floor? A history of baseball exhibit used to be there. Looks like some sort of food establishment.

To answer my own question it looks like a modern furniture store. Maybe a interior designer wants a high traffic display gallery?

Bank Midwest to me seems to be a lot of fluff and grandeur with their new owners....which just seems to indicate trying to get bought out and flip a profit.

The new sign looks nice and it adds to a little something to the skyline at night.

Do they plan on putting a sign on the North side as well?

The final death of the Town Pavilion shopping mall.  I'd love to see some pictures of the are when it first opened.
Always been interested to see what the mall inside Town Pavilion used to look like. Didn't realize it really closed only ten years ago. Anyone have any pictures of what it used to look like?

Food court? The Pizza Hut/KFC is on the exterior. The old upstairs food court is no longer used. The only eating establishments are Plowboys (moving to opposite corner where Ingredient was), KFC/Pizza Hut, Planet Sub, Mama Tios. The small snack and convenience stop and Scooters (interior).

Check out the date of the post. There used to be a food court inside Town Pavilion many moons ago. Pizza Hut moved from old location to the exterior.

No pictures but it was nice with a very wide selection of food choices - just about every option was available. But don't forget the retail. Would visit every two weeks. No direct deposit so went to bank to deposit and then there to eat. Took late lunch so I would arrive after the noontime crowd left. Many times went to the 4th floor to eat, it was like a balcony. After the original AT&T left it's business went downhill.
