Yeah. I'm assuming we'll be around 10-15 come August when the real polls come out.NDTeve wrote: Must say...I think that #7 ranking is a bit high.

Re: Big 12 Football
you guys do understand his primary duty wasn't sports right?
wefald did a lot of grerat things for ksu, #1 was not hiring bill snyder.
he will be missed though as he did a ton for the school at a rough time and finally paid attention to athletics in manhattan.

Wow. Yeah, I'm sure the President of the University since 1986 is retiring because the sports program might have a slump. Totally logical.

I'm sorry, but the argument that Wefald is being pushed out is more than laughable. He has been here for 22 years and after next year will retire. K-State is an academic establishment first and foremost, you couldn't possibly think sports would be the reason a university would push out such a successful president could you?

KUslamb, I laughed pretty hard when I posted that. I'm glad you enjoyed it too.

Re: Big 12 Football
why is that seem strange, the poll options don't change based on the state....
why didn't they just list isu and ksu? it is only one more option than they have listed now...I know those are the two schools viewed as the long shots this year but why not just list them all?

Doesn't look like there's much national interest in this poll. Only 600 people in CA have voted...400 in MI....100 in WI....240 in all of NY? kinda funny.

Agree, it's kinda hard to figure why nobody takes KSU seriously.KCPowercat wrote: why didn't they just list isu and ksu? it is only one more option than they have listed now...I know those are the two schools viewed as the long shots this year but why not just list them all?

LOL great pic!
and yes KU's practice facilities and new offices are coming along quite nicely.
I was there for the graduation ceremony on Sunday and there was def. some dirt being moved around.
