The Condo end of the market seems to be doing better than single family. Been on the market officially a week and already had a couple look at it twice. They ended up taking a the only unit left on the north end for $464,000. It is on 16 but just standard finishes. My competition now is 2 other resales on the south end. One on 17 for 450,000, again no upgrades, and one on 5 (I think asking around 350,00)with not much view, no upgrades, and a yucky laminate floor. There are still 14 units for sale by the developers, but they are all smaller units mostly with east views only. So I think my price point is appropriate.
