What happened to the ignore feature?

I tried to find this so I could use it but it's nowhere to be found.  For the first time I find somebody worthy of being "zapped into oblivion" and the feature seems to be gone.

I assume with the template change, that modification isn't available.

I went back to the old template and the ignore button is also gone here. It is also gone from the PM system.
