Just curious what management companies have which condo accounts.

Bridgeworks, 523 Grand, Riverbend, and Kirkwood are all Curry Management properties.

Who does everyone else have?

Curry does 5 Delaware as well as Conover.  I think they will be managing 1st & Main.  They're highly regarded, managing 100+ different condo projects.

Our building is small 6 units so we took over, no more management company. Save some money and know better what is going on. Also we tend to shop for better prices for stuff we need to do in the building.
