There is a Breaktime + Sundries store on the northest corner of 12th and Wyandotte, just north of the US Bank entrance.  they should have them.

Maybe a hotel gift shop?

The gift shop in the basement of the Raddision, right across the street to the east.

Or the Time Out! c-store in the City Center Square food court.

You know what would be convenient? A street vendor that sells nothing but batteries/battery chargers. The could be out by bartle hall during major events like the car show and Tournaments at the Muni/Sprint Center.

Bartle itself should have a store like this....not so much selling food/drink but stuff conventioneers might need....and have it like a tourism office that has openings to the street....not buried in the bowels of Bartle.
