And is the attached pedestrian/bike bridge-path along the viaduct part of this project? Or was that killed by city council separately?

Does anyone happen to know when construction is set to begin on this end of the expansion?

Good plan. Do it all at once. What would a timetable to get to the casino look like?

I wonder if construction of two extensions will be serial or in parallel.

Iirc some designs have started on that. I would think there is time yet to incorporate it if you had the funds available.KCPowercat wrote: ↑Thu Mar 31, 2022 8:13 am Good plan. Do it all at once. What would a timetable to get to the casino look like?

Re: Streetcar to the riverfront
It’s wild the amount of publicity the main st extension got, yet this extension has been near radio silence since the fed $ was awarded. Are the beginning construction on anything soon? I remember reading that the ped/bike bridge would be the first part, but haven’t heard anything on that recently. Who knows anything?

Ped bridge got hit with council funding issues and the streetcar has been hit with cost increasing and moving goal postsAnthony_Hugo98 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 23, 2022 9:53 pm It’s wild the amount of publicity the main st extension got, yet this extension has been near radio silence since the fed $ was awarded.
