Since it's been 14 years since the T-Mobile center opened, kicking off DT's resurgence, I was curious if anyone had a list of TIF's and when they expire?

That money coming back into the city's coffers should be making a big difference for both the city and the school district.

(And frankly this new revenue should be advertised widely by the Pro TIF side of the isle)

Not sure if this fits under this topic, but I stumbled across this:

The city's TIF Commission in June 2016 revised a 10-year-old agreement with Copaken Brooks, keeping the firm eligible for financing valued at $48.7 million over 23 years, so long as it starts construction by October 2023 and finishes by October 2026.

I know that there were a number of incentive packages awarded for speculative office developments. Do expiring TIFs have any chance of spuring development? Or will it likely lead to another amendment?

They can probably get another extension. They are aren’t going to hit go on a project that doesn’t provide the required rate of return. There was geo tech work here not long ago

I think they would have to reapply if they don't start construction by Oct 2023.
