1910 main - "Pendercast Annex"?
previously vacant single-story commercial building between KCAI gallery and a surface lot. it used to be a day labor place. the facade is completely covered in plywood and interior work is underway. kiva says "pendercast annex"? is that a misspelling? anyone got dish?

My guess is a misspelling since the yellow brick building next to it was Tom Pendergast's office. I'll see if I can randomly get in and talk to someone.
