Zillow is updated by real estate agents. You're basically saying their agent didn't care.

We got ours to fix the size of our last house.

Building at 2645 Madison Ave. listed for 1.6 mil.

Anyone have any idea what this building was at one point? Looks somewhat like an older auto dealership with the style of building. I imagine that price won’t hold Super strong with the current economic climate.

That building would be great for apartments

There was a proposal to convert that building to apartments. It seems like it was pretty far along in the process and moving forward (I forget what tax incentives or zoning changes they needed, but I believe they received them). It looks like they even started some work on the building.

I currently work with a guy who has a fair amount of capital to employ, and I might try and nudge him to this building so that we could turn it into some decent apartments. Lord knows that location needs a bit of an uplift

I would really love to see a small grocery go in this neighborhood, I know it’s Westside south but it’s really it’s own neighborhood. It would be nice if it could be self contained

When driving north on 169 the home just before Briarcliff Pkwy with the giant windows is for sale

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1-NW ... 4511_zpid/

$2.4 million.
It clearly hasn't received a notable update since 1985.

I love the house. Architecturally unique and a ton of potential. I would always look up at that house driving by on 169, the views have got to be killer.

I believe this is Marilyn Barth (the listing agent)'s personal home. She is the Barth of Barth Real Estate, a very well known real estate agent/developer in the Northland responsible for developing Thousand Oaks (off 64th St. and 435) and 7 Bridges (By 435 just south of Platte City), and others. I knew a few Barths growing up, they are nice people .
