Between this new gym, Cosentinos and Alamo Drafthouse, I will be spending just a stupid amount of time and money in the P&L. So glad to finally have a decent gym option downtown.

I like this move. Yardhouse is a pretty nice place but will compete directly with Flying Saucer. Still - a nice addition to a very prominent spot in DT KC. Be nice to get something directly SW of the Sprint Center too. Surprised that spot on Grand has stayed vacant so long.

I've noticed work being done to this retail space lately. Getting ready for Yardhouse? I imagine so. There will be a lot of taps in a 2 block radius. Hooray beer!

That name is pretty generic and sterile. It actually looks like it might be an interesting place to eat but if I just saw the name, I'd assume it was a health food store or a store that caters to weight lifters.

I went straight to a GNC supplement store myself.

Just like Affare did eventually, hopefully they put signs up that tell me they sell food on the outside.
