Doxing yourself 2 years in advance....... hahahaha. I love the idea of a wrap-around unit with N/S views. If only it was on the west side though so that you could get some streetcar views.

Considering the property is 24 months away from completion; it's an impressive marketing campaign with seemingly tangible results.

@NormalThings: What is the state of affairs with "4Light": Has that development "ducked under" the current city requirements for affordable/super-affordable housing?

It is sincerely my hope the majority of residents understand the sheer folly of such feel-good/false-compassion legislation. Such legislation yields housing scarcity, which raises housing prices. However, based on interviews with the senior leadership of KCMO? There is little hope for reasoning.

Unsure. Katz ducked in and barely made it under the arguement of historic preservation. Considering how poorly that went, I don't know how the pipeline of projects that submitted are going to make it through. Cordish had problems getting their 2018 projects approved so I kind of expect the same if not worse for their next projects. DCOLEKC can probably provide better Cordish specific info.

Estimated rent $6558 per month... $78K per year. It calls my name and then promptly laughs at me like the bully kid Nelson Muntz from the Simpsons.

Wonder how that compares to 2L in same timeframe since leasing began.

BTW, I saw Cushman multifamily Q3 report and it shows slowing pace of city core absorption and lower than several other metro submarkets, city demand not keeping up with significant new supply. Will post when they post online. Would expect Light buildings to continue though given decent uptake and existing incentives.

Wonder of the 22 units leased, how many are already Cordish residents.

Moncke also highlighted 7,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space, which he said will feature "something really exciting" that he cannot yet disclose.

"There's going to be something really special on that first floor that we're working on," he added.

Why not specifically meant for IG photo ops, I’m sure it will be very IG’able.
