I agree 100%, but does Dan Glass actually do anything anymore? I was under the impression that he pretty much lost all power when Moore got hired..

I don't know. If Glass doesn't do anything, that's a problem too as the team has had numerous missteps on the business side from their botched naming rights negotiation, to the way they handled the Frank White situation, to what I understand is not a favorable contract with Fox Sports, to the recent PR kerfuffle with charging money for a job fair. And Moore should probably have someone to answer to, someone to bounce ideas off of. The only GMs that serve as Presidents are long-tenured men in baseball, men that have won championships as GMs, not men on their first job as GM. If there is no one running the kitchen as you say, then that is a problem too.
